Information

  • Consumption depends on the abundance of the mortar, the thickness of the wall and the dimension of the brick.

MATERIAL PREPARATION:

Mix the contents of the bag 30 kg by hand or machine with approximately 5.5 liters of clean water until a homogeneous mortar suitable for masonry is achieved.

Mixed mortar spend in 1-2 h.

APPLICATION:

Stig NHL M 5 MORT should be applied with the help of a masonry spoon to the entire width of the brick brick.

Place the brick on a fresh layer of mortar and center with a level and tension rope. Horizontal joints need to be performed with mortar at a height of 12 mm ± 5 mm. Perform collision joints with a layer of mortar with a thickness of 10 to 15 mm. Remove excess mortar that has been squeezed out of the fugue plane.

When carrying out work, it is necessary to adhere to the current building norms.

FRCM:

STIG NHL M 5 MORT is intended for resolution work as part of the FRCM system and is used to fill previously cleaned joints. Mortar is recommended to be used in remediation works for filling reinforcing rods, stainless steel spiral rods or installation of rod anchors or steel tensions designed in remediation work.

REMARK:

If the contractor notices or suspects an application or aesthetic defect of the product during the installation of the purchased product, he is obliged, in accordance with the behavior of a good businessman, to suspend the installation of the product in order to minimize any damage and without delay send a complaint to the manufacturer, who will process and resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

Complaints addressed to the manufacturer after most or all of the purchased material has been installed cannot be the subject of the complaint nor will the damage thus incurred. Hidden flaws are addressed separately.
