MAKING LIGHT CONCRETE WITH THE ADDITION OF STOGOPORA-D

Making light concrete using our additives is one of our systematic solutions thanks to which the structural (small volume mass, light workability) and thermal insulation(thermal insulation many times better than ordinary concrete) properties of the object are increased.  EPS-concrete has wide application in construction. It is used for the manufacture of single-layer façade elements in housing construction, the manufacture of falling concrete on flat roofs, swimming floors, industrial warm floors, installation blocks, sanitary cabins and various other elements.

WHAT IS LIGHT CONCRETE?

Light concrete is a mixture of Styrofoam granules (EPS), cement and aggregates. Due to the very large differences in density of individual ingredients (expanded polystyrene about 0.04 g/cm³, aggregate 2.7 g/cm³, cement 3.0 g/cm³) EPS-beton plastic consistency it is possible to produce (mix) only with the addition of STIGOPORA-DSTIGOPOR-D increases the stickiness and cohesion of cement mortar and thus prevents the segregation of granules of expanded polystyrenein light concrete .

APPLICATION

Production of single-layer façade elements in housing construction, production of falling concrete on flat roofs, swimming floors, industrial warm floors, installation blocks, sanitary cabins and various other elements.

 

HOW TO USE

Pour 2/3 of water into the blender, add STIGOPOR-D and sand. After mixing, add cement and the rest of the water. Mix components. Add expanded polystyrene granules to the resulting mixture. Continue mixing until the granules are evenly shrouded in cement mortar. Level the built-in mixture superficially, without compaction.
