S.K.G.I. Method

Protection and insulation of brick walls is one of our systematic solutions thanks to which moisture protectionis increased. It is carried out in several stages of work:

  • mutually scrambling old, dilapidated and damp plaster and healthy plaster approximately 50 cm above the visible damp line on the wall,
  • deepening of the pairings,
  • washing the surface, grinding or aligning the prepared surface of the wall with stigomal mortar,
  • making multi-layer waterproofing on the honed surface of the wall by applying Stigolite,
  • quibbling and making corners (holkers) at the junction of wall-floor Stigomal mortar, interruption of the flow of capillary moisture above the flooring of the S.K.G.I. floor.   (Stiga Continuous Gravitational Infusion) by method of infusing Stigosil,
  • plastering the walls in a classic way (syringe, coarse and fine plaster),
  • plastering with polymercement mortar juice with the addition of Stigomal
